		<description>I have to agree with you 100%, I have dealt with Virgin in Europe and the USA and had no problems.  Canada (my home country) Virgin Mobile is the worst.  They over charge,  monthly and then apologize, just so they can over charge you again the next month.  Talking to a supervisor, I don&#039;t think they have any.  My last attempt to call the I was left on hold for 30 minutes and 51 seconds, before I was disconnect.  I don&#039;t know how they won the JD power award for customer service, they don&#039;t understand the meaning of the word &quot;Customer Service&quot;</description>

LIES SHOWING IN PATIENT RECORD INDICATING PROCEDURES THAT HAD NOT BEEN DONE. NURSES IGNORE SCANTY DARK BROWN URINE, INABILITY TO INGEST ANY GOOD OR LIQUID. TOOK HIM OFF HYDRATION (I.V) FOR 3 DAYS DESPITE OBVIOUS IMPENDING FATAL DEHYDRATION (SCABS FORMING ON MOUTH, EYES.)
ON THE SAME DAY THAT HUMBER (WITH NO VISIT BY MD) DEEMED MY DAD FIT TO BE DISCHARGED, THEY FAILED TO NOTIFY FAMILY &amp; STAFF AT HIS LONG TERM CARE FACILITY. HUMBER SHIPPED HIM OUT LIKE A PARCEL, WHILE HE REMAINED UNCONSCIOUS AND IN VERY OBVIOUS RESPIRATORY DISTRESS. HE DIED THAT SAME DAY.  THIS HOSPITAL DOES NOT NEED EXPANSION: WHAT IT NEEDS IS TO HAVE IT&#039;S LICENSE REVOKED, ALL CHIEFS FIRED, AND CHARTER FOR THE NEW SITE (UNDER CONSTRUCTION) TO BE OVERSEEN BY A BOARD OF TRUSTEES. I was told I should monitor the phone myself to know if it is going into an away zone (even though I am in downtown Toronto).  Not sure what the resolution is, but my advice is to watch your wind bill.</description>

		<description>Yes I had the same problem.  Had to contact the CRTC to complain and get them to stop...which they did eventually.  I think they called us back about 8 times in a row every 15 minutes.  They claim to not be full of BS....maybe not from a bull... but they sure stink.</description>

		<description>Your phone number has been listed on someones account. They are calling you because the account your phone number is on has a problem. When they call you, you need to WAIT for an agent to come on the line. Sometimes an auto dialer doesnt detect your voice. Unfortunately, not all phones that are being called come up on the system the agents work on, i know from experience. When they call back, tell the agent whats going on and let them have the time to sort out why they are calling and solve whatever the issue is.</description>
